Where to meditate at Expo 2020?

Visit India Pavilion for guided meditation with Raja Yoga Center

A stable mind knows better, becomes smarter, and connects faster. This is the experience visitors from around the world can have when they come and visit the UAE to participate at the Expo 2020 Dubai in the next six months.

The Raja Yoga Center is joining the India Pavilion this October, November and December for a series of guided meditation to be conducted daily at a dedicated platform for yoga and meditation within the pavilion. The daily sessions will be conducted between 10am to 10.30am at the Conference Centre, India Pavilion from 29th October to 4th November and from 26th November to 2nd December.

Some of the themes that participants can explore during their meditation are in accord with the Expo 2020’s grand themes such as sustainability, mobility, and opportunity. The themes aim to help individuals create a more stable and balanced thinking such as setting a proper mindset, renewing the self, vision of hope, and gratitude to nature, among others.

Sister Jyoti, Director of Raja Yoga Center, said: “We hope to encourage everyone to experience the benefits of Raja Yoga meditation such as renewed energy, clarity, determination, and a lot more as part of a daily practice to enhance one’s lifestyle. We invite people from all walks of life to join us at the India Pavilion and together, let us create a united feeling of peace for the world.”
